Job Description
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.
- Have experience in Contract Managing and Reservation issue.
- Develop Internal and External tours.
- Arranging Tailor Made/ Fixed Outbound Packages.
- Manage relation with suppliers.
- Preparing quotations and itineraries. transportation, accommodation, tours and activities inside Egypt.
- Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.
Job Requirements
More than 2-3 years experience in Travel and Tourism operating.
- MUST have knowledge about English languages.
- Minimum 2 years Experience in incoming tourism
- Male - Female.
- Strong basic computer skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers Egypt (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
