Job Description

  • Receive work documents from new workers.
  • Receive new resignations and preparing its documents.
  • Follow-up warnings and penalties.
  • Follow-up new contracts.
  • Make periodic reports about annual leave and overtime.
  • Follow up health & Social insurance.
  • Follow up the daily attendance reports.
  • Prepare daily report for the latest job applicants and new employees.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Assist with HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • From 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Understanding of HR functions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
