Job Description
- Receive work documents from new workers.
- Receive new resignations and preparing its documents.
- Follow-up warnings and penalties.
- Follow-up new contracts.
- Make periodic reports about annual leave and overtime.
- Follow up health & Social insurance.
- Follow up the daily attendance reports.
- Prepare daily report for the latest job applicants and new employees.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Assist with HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Understanding of HR functions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
