Job Description
The ideal candidate will be included in all HR functions focusing in building the HR infrastructure and enhancing the HR processes.
This position will rationally be responsible of:
- Implementation of HR strategic plan.
- Applying HR appraisal and development plan.
- Payroll calculations and attendance records revision.
- End of services settlement.
- Incentive calculations.
- Recruitment & hiring process.
- Handling HR database.
- Dealing with governmental offices (Labor Office - Social Insurance Office).
Job Requirements
- Excellent in MS Office [Excel & Word]
- English Level: Good
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and committed to the deadline.
- Has experience in dealing with labor and social insurance offices (Preferable 10th of Ramadan governmental Offices).
