Job Summary:

Joining Future Group in a Business Support Executive role will give you a real opportunity to grow, be challenged, and learn. You will be working with the CEO directly to support in a wide variety of tasks that like creating business plans and reports, market research & projects follow up. Your role is a crucial one & will help a lot in the success of the company

Your Role:

  • Helping prepare business proposals, time-frames, schedule and budget
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project/initiative documentation, plans, and reports
  • Creating a calendar to fulfill each goal and objective set by the CEO.
  • Developing comprehensive reports on ongoing projects/initiatives and submitting summary reports to management monthly.
  • Following-up on assignments, responsibilities and deadlines set by the CEO
  • Assisting in market research and creating custom presentations
  • Assisting in assembling and organizing data from different stakeholders to support the strategic planning process
  • Drafting meeting minutes and monitoring various reports submitted to the CEO by Senior Management
  • Researching and performing basic analyses of data effectively and accurately.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field;
  • Previous proven experience in a Business Administration/Executive role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information
  • Excellent English and Arabic language ability, both written and verbal
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Windows and high knowledge of web surfing and internet usage
  • Planning and tracking own work against business and project deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with good problem-solving skills
