- Proficiency to handle work-related impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production rollout.
- Identifying and addressing client needs.
- Proven record of success as a team member and understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Leading effort estimation, proposal development, and pre sales activities
- Strong knowledge in Fusion personalization, OTBI Reports, Fast Formula, DFF – Flex Fields configurations, testing etc.
- Strong Functional experience Oracle Fusion HCM applications and Modules like Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security etc. Preferably in R13.
- Relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Fusion HCM Applications.
- Must have good business communication skills.
