Accounting Manager

General responsibilities: (including but not limited):

Financial planning and management:

• Providing the required support to Sr. Managers and the Board in developing, execution and monitoring of company strategies, policies, strategic objectives and key activities.
• Preparing and monitoring comprehensive budget, cash forecasting and cash balance.
• Developing the financial and accounting strategies, policies and operation.

Financial Accounting:

• Auditing, monitoring and supervising accounting daily operations (Account Receivable/Payable – Treasury – Costing & Inventory) including Ledger Journal entries and adherence to accounting KPIS/standards.
• Preparation of the financial statements and annual audit in collaboration with the Audit office.
• Reviewing monthly VAT tax return to be submitted to the Audit office.
• Developing costing systems and stock management to be both continues updated and accurate.
• Empowering accounting staff, enhancing abilities and support business engagement. Besides, strengthening effective communication and problem solving sprit with stakeholders.

Periodically Reports:

• Monthly: Trial Balance - AR balance Report - Cash Flow Forecast Report - Fixed Assets Report - revenues and expenditure Report
• Quarterly: Financial Statements Reports - Quarterly management report.
• Annual: Annual Budget plan.
