Job Description
- Issue purchase orders and execute the procurement process according to the approved purchase orders.
- Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specification.
- Work with suppliers and communicate and follow-up on purchasing requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate items delivery processes between suppliers to ensure that items are delivered to the warehouse on time.
- Review supplier quotations to ensure accuracy.
- Source out potential new suppliers and work on expanding the supplier's database.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification:
- Any bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Related Fields Work Experience / Years:
- 2-3 minimum of solid years of experience in purchasing and procurement. Working in an advertising or marketing agency is a plus.
- Males Only.
- Must own a Car.
- Transportation Allowance is provided.
