Job Description
- Draft technical designs in order to identify the needed quantities and list of specifications in order to prepare the needed material for the project.
- Study and analyze methods of construction in order to design the needed systems, accessories and materials to plan and execute Purchase Orders’ (PO’s) issuance.
- Study and prepare the method of installation of items and materials onsite with the construction manager in order to apply a framework system according to the standards of construction.
- Prepare a rotation plan for the material items for each project, between all projects or after finishing projects in order to best utilize the tools according to the projects’ time schedules.
- Design and prepare the De-mop (Dismantling Plan) of materials in order to use them in other sites effectively and safely.
- Pay site visits to inspect and observe the utilization of items and materials of scaffolding and formwork and closely follow-up on materials relocations in order to make sure that all materials are safe and usable.

- Construction background is a must.
