Job Description
- The HR Specialist designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, equal opportunity and diversity, etc.
- Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
- The HR Specialist role might include in addition leading the transformation of HR in countries/regions around the world.
- Design optimal HR organization structures in partnership with relevant COE's and Global HRBP's and driving execution to meet business needs and to ensure the realization of efficiencies.
- The HR Specialist will be Leading and developing regional/country HR teams to the next level of performance.
- The HR Specialist Establishes plans, templates, and communications to foster organizational alignment and clear progress tracking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Experience
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English languages
- Good communication skills
