• Monitor the financial performance of company.
• Compile and analyze financial reporting packages.
• Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are complete and accurate. Analyze variances and create management reporting.
• Provide business support to operations and advise on accounting policies and business transactions.
• Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes.
