Job Description
- Monitor the actual execution of all electrical related works at the site to ensure that the project is done according to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications, and all applicable standards.
- Responsible for Installation of Light Current Systems such as Fire Alarm Systems.
- Responsible for the installation of security systems.
- Ensure a Proper protection system for all electrical installation.
- Assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, and tools required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
- Resolve Electrical Issues that arise at the site.
- Conduct System Testing.
- Follow up with a technical office to prepare purchase orders.
- To coordinate with Electrical Contractors.
- Submit site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Needed: From 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in construction/ contracting or Real Estate companies is required.
- Experience in execution/ sites is a must.
- Experience in commercial and Administrative projects (Malls).
- Experience in low voltage and low current operations at the site.
- Experience in cameras and security systems installation.
- Experience in Fire Alarm systems installation.
- Very good at interpreting and executing electrical related drawings.
- Very good command of Autocad.
- Ability to maintain effective communication with project team members.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
