Job Description
- Maintaining products database ex. product specs, barcode, SKU no., case pack count
- Receiving weekly replenishments request from Stores and send dispatch request orders to concerned warehouse
- Enforce 2 working days pre request order for replenishment
- Arranging with warehouse team for pickup and dispatch
- Recording all planned and confirmed transfer orders on ERP system
- Receiving sales orders delivery request initiated by customer service and arrange with warehouse for direct delivery to customer
- Consolidating transfer orders for transportation cost savings
- Perform cycle analysis and participate in the physical stock count
- Analyze and coordinate stacking and Transfer orders weekly summary reports including monthly trucks tracking reports.
- Establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and ensuring the availability of resources.
- Conduct database accuracy health periodic check.
- Report on project plans progress and route cause analysis
- Perform any ad-hoc task as requested
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Business or logistics (is a plus), AUC, GUC, AAST Grads
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain process and requirements.
- 3-5 years Freight broker/logistics environment
