Job Description
- Samples follow up and report to the head of the planning department
- Calculating orders and issue PRs
- Specify any special materials needed for any order
- Revise receivables daily
- Cylinders revising
- Inform production team about order to be processed, material, quantity & cylinders readiness.
- Updating (BOM) SHEET(BILL OF MATERIAL)
- Keeping a record of changes in the production plan
- Material reservation in stocks on a daily base
- Update all items on the system
- Sending pending sheet to purchasing twice a week
- Making templates & batches for all orders
- Updating of the production plan
- Revising stocks & specific materials
- Secure production plan
Job Requirements
- Experience from 0 to 2 in planning or production
- Graduate of engineering faculty – production or mechanic department
- Very good excel Microsoft
- Good personal skills
- Analytical thinking
