Job Description
- Direct, guide, or escort external visitors to their destinations inside the company, and determine the nature and purpose of visit.
- Answer incoming phone calls (from clients or customers etc.) to receive information and questions, or to transfer the call directly to the targeted employee.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars for employees to ensure precision and avoid double-booking.
- Receive orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to ensure all employees receive the required items.
- Schedule space or equipment for meetings, and print daily meeting bookings to maintain an efficient flow of work.
- Store and track any business cards from previous clients, customers, subcontractors, etc. to keep track of all phone numbers and email addresses that may be needed in the future.
- Print, fill, scan, fax, and stamp needed documents to assist employees in daily administrative tasks.
- Create a log with all corresponding extension numbers for all employees to facilitate the efficient flow of work.
- Perform duties such as tidying lobby or reception area to ensure the guest area is clean and presentable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English
- 1-3 years of experience
- Presentable and able to work under pressure
- Preferred to be from Maadi or nearby areas.
