IT

• Oversees the day to day operations and monitoring of the foundation's network including hardware, software, and special projects.
• Deploys, configure and maintains network security systems such as firewalls
• Deploy, configure and maintains servers (physical and virtual), Switches and Routers
• Plans recommend and assist in the selection and implementation of new technologies
• Maintain technology and user documentation, support logs and procedures
• Provide detailed documentation of daily activities to technical services coordinator

Data Analyst

• Data manipulation to uncover trends and insights i.e. sub-setting, pivoting, summarizing, sorting.
• Creating data visualizations to effectively convey findings.
• Exporting data to external sources through reports or spreadsheets.
