Job Description
- Prepare all Reporting tasks (required by sub-region, Region & Corporate)
- Align with accountant and FM the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives (ex: template for monthly closings; cash analysis…)
- Prepare timely and complete financial statements analysis and check, with main deviations comments
- Understand the figure's input in the system by German, India & South African team and be able to justify it if needed.
- Prepare a Calculation and issue financial and operating metrics (Internal Growth; Gross profit; comparable Performances…)
- Collect and collaborate the preparations of the annual budget and forecasts (Accuracy and consistency should be guaranteed) including for Region (ex: BPC) and Corporate (ex: GAN & BCS).
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Provide financial analyses as required by Region/Subregion/Corporate (supplier’s contracts; CAPEX; TAE; Profitability of products).
- Comply with Corporate/Regional requirements (COC: code of conduct and other SOPs).
- Monitor asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database back-ups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Support auditors for the yearly audit.
- Report the controlling Dept. with Accurate and consistent financial information.
- Prepare and monitor A/R aging and communicate with Business Partners
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling Field.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- MS Office.
