Job Description

EBBAMS is a Cairo-based 3D printing and additive manufacturing company. We are seeking a 3D Printing Business Development Representative for Dental to work in our facility. To be successful you should have a passion for advanced digital manufacturing systems and business development aspects, as well as a desire to learn and be motivated by a technical challenge. You should also be a logical thinker and adept at problem solving. As a 3D Printing Business Development Representative for Dental you should be confident, and act with integrity and professionalism when working for clients. Ideally, you should have strong business development experience in the Dental sector in Egypt, including technical sales of dental components, digital handling of dental data, and dental products. You should be able to work with clients with high level of professionalism. The position offers a competitive salary.

Main duties:

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, you will focus your working time on networking with target clients to promote our sales and grow our business in the dental sector (e.g. implants, surgical guides, surgical planning, etc…), in addition to other related sectors as business demands.

  • Develop a business development, sales, and marketing plans for the company.
  • Establish, manage and strengthen the networking and relationship with all customers, pros­pects and key players. The development of named key account customers should also be one of your tasks.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecast to ensure financial and production planning (order entry, predicted revenue).
  • Deliver to the company management the margin and expense targets are meeting operation result targets, as well as managing receivables by establishing best possible payment conditions and enforcing them.
  • Develop, working collaboratively with the technical team, standard operating procedures (procedures, work methods, protocols, quality control).
  • Advise the management on the future expansion plans for the company.

Job Requirements

You are a technically-informed and capable business development person, who is able to work independently and has a high level of self-motivation. With your team spirit, ability to motivate and good communication skills you are a role model for EBBAMS vision and values. Furthermore you are flexible and able to adapt easily to the changing environment ideally with implementing agile methods.

  • At least 3-4 years of previous proven experience in the dental sector, either in technical sales, or business development.
  • A bachelor degree in dental, medicine, pharmacy or biomedical (minimum good).
  • 3D modelling skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, GoogleSketch, etc…), in addition to handle medical data (DICOM files from MRI or CT).
  • A previous experience in the operation of 3D printers (fused deposition modelling and stereoloithography) is an asset.
  • A postgraduate qualification in the fields of business development, sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A valid driving license and/or ownership of a car will be useful.
