Job description

  • Assistance on HR and recruitment processes
  • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Designing filing systems, should have background on ISO 9001
  • Organizing paperwork, documents, computer-based information
  • Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing post
  • Answering and diverting incoming calls
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment
  • Book travel & accommodation, scheduling meetings
  • Coordination of meetings and external contacts
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and notes
  • Event organization
  • Writing Official correspondences & memos (English and Arabic)
