Job Description
- Develops the IT policies & procedures of his supervised functions, ensuring compliance to the set policies and procedures.
- Develops and sets the annual budget plan of his department, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategies and submits it to the CEO for approval.
- Supervises the installation of the cabling, network systems. Maintains and ensures their on-going operations, and provides technical support on need basis.
- Ensures providing and maintaining a secure and reliable access to the Business and IT applications and implementing preventive measures to maximize the availability and enhance the performance of the network.
- Ensures the periodical system backups and recovery for all Servers/Equipment are performed according to the company standards and procedures to avoid any risk of loss, damage or destruction of data.
- Manages and supervises the daily processing, development and maintenance of IT operations and/or modules.
- Ensures continuous monitoring for the IT Infrastructure operational cost and recommends new ideas to increase the productivity of the IT Infrastructure environment.
- Ensures proper documentation of problems resolutions for future reference, analyzes problem trends and ensures that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found.
- Supervises the analysis and programming of new technologies/ ERP systems to be implemented, in close collaboration with vendors, business and managers within the company.
- Conducts IT training sessions to all employees on the proper use of the IT applications.
- Conducts performance appraisals session of his direct report in due time. Approves and follows-up on the implementation of training and development plan for department staff. Leads, manages, and motivates direct reports ensuring that they have clear objectives and receive feedback from them.
- Approves and follows up on the implementation of training and development plans of his team to increase team competence.
- Ensures continuous monitoring for the IT Infrastructure operational cost and recommends new ideas to increase the productivity of the IT Infrastructure environment.

- Plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determines scope of the project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the implemented ERP system.
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
- Determine and analyse various processes and implement changes for improvement.
- Develop professional relations with suppliers and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer science
- At least 7 years experience in managerial level prefer in pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge with ERP systems (Microsoft dynamics Ax ) is a plus
