Job Description
- Audit & revise medical files (chronic medicine/medical prescription)
- Present monthly administrative report about medical issues
- Provide consultancy for all medical issues
- Provide guidance and instructions for doctors & nurses
- Represent the company & finalize all suspended medical problems
- Responsible of full cycle between client, claims administrator and insurance company
- Responsible of awareness cessions to clients and prospects
