Job Description
- Carry out marketing researches and surveys related to industry, competitors, events, and exhibitions. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL.
- Implementation of tasks gives and a communication plan regarding the marketing plan with agencies and marketing departments.
- Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.
- Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities.
- Periodically visit our projects to follow up marketing activities (productions, video sessions, photo sessions, ...etc).
- Meet with suppliers, attend events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc.
- Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Has excellent knowledge of Marketing.
- Has thorough knowledge in Real Estates Market.
- Knows how to write content related to marketing.
- Able to use Adobe, Montage, Photography, etc.
- Able to make effective presentations
