Job Description

Sales Tasks:

  • Handling Sales Inquiries and visiting customers. Especially spare parts inquiries.
  • Technical Sales Demonstration to customers over tele-calls , emails & visits .
  • Making Sales Quotation and Process Purchase Order from the customer.
  • Preparing, following up, negotiating on any sales quotations made for a customer. on price and delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Reviews and checks shipments and shipping documents to ensure correctness of both quality and quantity; Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items; Trace, track and expedite purchase processes.
  • Finding new potential customers.
  • Submission of Weekly Sales Report.
  • Do meetings with suppliers.

Marketing Tasks:

  • Manage and update the content of company's website.
  • Create and maintain company social media posts. (Facebook, google ads, and LinkedIn).
  • Make company presentation and portfolio.
  • Interview customers – asking them about their feedback.
  • Reviewing and editing the Catalogs of the machine.
  • Participating in exhibitions.

Other Tasks:

  • Do some administrative tasks if required (paying bills, printing, etc.).
  • Ticket booking, hotel booking, assisting the visitors from Mayekawa branch offices, Airport pick up and drop off to hotel or offices.

Job Requirements

  • Both genders (Energetic character is highly required)
  • Experience 2-4 years in Sales & Marketing.
  • 50% up to travel - for site visits inside Egypt. Main Industrial areas inside Egypt.
  • Travel to GCC or Europe Countries for Business purposes (Trainings Exhibition).
  • Interest in learning technical stuff is a must.
  • Understanding basic concepts of sales & marketing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Very good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Good Understating for writing business emails.
  • Expertise with MS office.
  • Having a car and driving license is a must.
