Job Description
- The Pre-Sales Engineer role is to support sales productivity, technical support, training and business development process flow.
- Responsible for achieving profit and productivity quota.
- Accountable for designing and maintaining flight models for new UAVs and Rapidly Integrate new UAS and UAV sub-components.
- Building technical knowledge within digital engineering domains (Drones, LiDar, Thermal, Spectral, 3D Modeling, etc.…) and, share it with other team members.
- Continuously enhance technical skills through attending online trainings, certifications, and maintain up to date to international technical standards.
- Preform client site visits, technical presentations and prepare technical quotations for tenders inside or outside Egypt.
- Responsible for all technical activities of pre- and post-sales process related to UAV engineering.
- Accountable for guiding customers through the wide range of Geomatex offering.
- Responsible of evaluating the need of the customer and propose an integrated solution, consultancy, training or product.
- Work closely with the Hardware team to communicate UAS requirements.
- Develop, Organize and conduct customer training, presentation & proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers.
- Responsible for developing technical offers responding to tenders and quotations requests within the standards of Geomatex and its partners/vendors.
- Deliver certified training to customers via Bentley institute, DJI and Staad training programs, after having the TTT (trainer the trainer).
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant field and real-world experience in unmanned systems prototyping.
- Knowledge on Design procedures for Static & Dynamic Equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good English Language
- 0-5 years of working experience
