Job Description
- Organize and conduct all related sales activities
- Organization of promotional activities
- Analyze the sales team report and prepare summary reports
- Manage and fuel relationships with existing key accounts
- Create an optimal network of distributors and customers in the region.
- Efficient operation of distributors and the territory of all sales channels.
- Provide the penetration of products in all sales channels in all territories
- Review and support the sales force for payment collection
- Ensure timely payment of the Distributor
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales field, ideally Construction Industry
- Passion for building new relationships and confident is driving
- Digital affinity and interest in using new ways of working
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
