Job Description

  • Generate Direct prospects, qualifying leads from cold calling to the sales team and Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Answering customers' questions on the products.
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and scheduling marketing events.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports.
  • Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

Job Requirements

  • Gender/Female.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be an advantage.
  • IT Background is Preferable.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, persistence, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
