Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), (WAN).
- Basic knowledge of use Antivirus
- Maintain up-to-date Images for all desktop and laptop models.
- Remote support of technical issues via telephone and/or with remote support software.
- Assist users in resolving technical PC and network problems.
- Installation of new devices (Computer. Laptops, scanners, network printers etc.).
- Installation all kind application on computers, (Support and Troubleshooting).
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and IP Camera.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
