Job Description
- Managing & Controlling company kitchen to ensure the quality of meals provided to employees and their delivery in a timely manner and follow up the implementation of what has been agreed upon by the meals Committee
- Manage transportation to ensure the comfort of workers and prompt intervention to resolve any problems that arise if the transportation officer were unable to solve and make random checks on the buses to make sure of the cleanliness and suitability for the transfer of employees
- Follow-up housing staff (new workers housing - providing housing needs)
- Follow-up of requisitions requests and purchase of the department
- Coordinate the work of Co. fleet to meet the administrative requirements of the work within the administration and other departments
- Prepare a monthly report on the department activities that have been implemented and the problems encountered and submitting it to the Administration Manager.
- A strong leader with the proven track record of developing a strong team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing field.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
