Job Description
- Collect, Review and Consolidate budgets for all Holdings departments and all affiliates on annual basis
- Monthly monitor and control deviations according to the pre-set budget to identify gaps
- Develop, implement, and maintain Audit systems, procedures, and policies.
- Perform periodical controls and audits to ensure policies and procedures are in place and properly followed.
- Propose modifications to the OPCO’s Accounting Systems & processes to achieve better results
- Perform comparative analysis report at different levels of reporting.
- Assist in preparing periodical financial statements.
- Assist in monthly closure processes and periodical BOD performance reports.
- Consolidating various financial results and recommending improvement activities.
- Monitoring, overseeing, and consolidating corporate income, cash flow and expenditure
- Perform monthly analysis and prepare advanced reports
- Assists in set up of new projects and attending to day to day problem solving.
- Assists in the day to day Accounting activities
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in budgeting & Auditing field
- Shipping experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in commerce
- Professional or academic certificate is a plus
- Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Very familiar with Accounting ERPs
- Excellent command of English written & spoken
