Telemarketer job specs:
- Make an average of 40 effective calls per day. (An effective call is when the agent reaches the respondent, delivers the campaign message and checks the respondent’s details are correct.)
- Send 40 proposals, invitations to participate or “early-bird” codes depending on the type of campaign.
- Update the CRM depending on feedback gathered call after call.
- Set relevant call-backs appointments and communicate them to the project manager or London team.
