Job Description
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, initiate business opportunities, build annual pipeline and quarterly forecast and follow through to achieve sales targets.
- Understand the target markets, including industry trends, company regulations, competitor’s strength and weaknesses, and which market strategies can be used to attract new clients.
- Study new markets and size of it as well as the business potential in those markets.
- Create and Maintain relationships with new markets and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
- Win New New logos with revenue and profit growth projections.
- Design a comprehensive business plan for non-Xerox business section.
- Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews.
- C level engagement and outstanding presentation skills.
- Feedback regarding competitive pricing strategies in relevance with new markets and in collaboration with company guidelines.
- Increase channels sales contribution to non-Xerox markets.
- Possess a strong understanding of our products & lines of services, our competition in the industry and positioning.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure that company/customer requirements are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ in sales experience/related market (Integrated solutions and services in systems are preferable).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent command in English.
- Complex selling and account management experience.
- Channels of experience.
- Previous proven records in achieving sales targets.
- Collaboration with other business units and cross-functional skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and coverage drives.
