Job Description

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, initiate business opportunities, build annual pipeline and quarterly forecast and follow through to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand the target markets, including industry trends, company regulations, competitor’s strength and weaknesses, and which market strategies can be used to attract new clients.
  • Study new markets and size of it as well as the business potential in those markets.
  • Create and Maintain relationships with new markets and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
  • Win New New logos with revenue and profit growth projections.
  • Design a comprehensive business plan for non-Xerox business section.
  • Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews.
  • C level engagement and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Feedback regarding competitive pricing strategies in relevance with new markets and in collaboration with company guidelines.
  • Increase channels sales contribution to non-Xerox markets.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products & lines of services, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
  • Collaborate with support functions to ensure that company/customer requirements are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ in sales experience/related market (Integrated solutions and services in systems are preferable).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Complex selling and account management experience.
  • Channels of experience.
  • Previous proven records in achieving sales targets.
  • Collaboration with other business units and cross-functional skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and coverage drives.
