Job Description
- Set and achieve personal sales goals submitted from the Top management, while supporting the goals of the team.
- Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding the Products.
- Guide the customers for our new unites.
- Follow up customer's satisfaction about the unit.
- Able to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
- Ability to sell residential and commercial units
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
- Facilitating the process of buying a property by making a comparison between different projects
- Following up with the management to ensure fast and high-quality communication to organize and archive work outcomes.
- Organize site & Developer visits with interested clients.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- 8 hours working per day
- One Day off
- Able to achieve targets
- Experience not less than 1 years in real state retail in new cairo
- Can use CRM system
