Job Description
- Determine client’s’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best term
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Accompany buyers during visits to an inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting if it Is a ready to Move unit (Constructed )
- Handling daily requests received by our Marketing channels.
- Daily prospecting and reaching new clients via Phone calls
Job Requirements
- Very Good English is a must
- Experience from 0 to 1 year
- Owning a car is a MUST
- High Ability to establish new relations with Customers
- Customer service oriented
