Job Description
Our Marketing team is growing and providing strategic solutions in marketing for different industries, We're seeking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor Website development (Responsive) and analyze it on a monthly basis in a stand of performance and competitors.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company's social content.
- Monitor and develop Google ads and Gdns campaigns.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing(Preferable in Marketing agency)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads account and manage campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
