Job Description
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Write the job ad. on the different recruitment websites
- Conduct Phone interviews (Screening).
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Respond to all hiring requests accurately and on time.
- Create Application Form for candidates.
- Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no show reasons.
- Create Evaluation form sheet that contains the ranking of the accepted candidates with the details.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of solid experience in recruitment function(White & Blue collars).
- FMCG Background is a must.
- Manufacturing background is a plus.
- HR Post graduate is a plus.
- Obour Resident or nearby is a plus.
