As a Telesales Executive, you will be contacting current and potential clients to inform them of the company services and understand their requirements.
You are also responsible for catering to all their inquiries about the services and manage their expectations effectively.
You have to establish a good rapport with prospects to ensure that they will be willing to meet with your Sales Manager.
To achieve this, you have to have outstanding communication and customer relations skills.
