Job Description
- Assisting the senior management in the overall credit and risk evaluation process.
- Recommending updates to the existing credit and risk policy of the company in accordance with the changing operating and legal environment.
- Ensuring implementation of risk policy and advising senior management
- on the future outlook of company's risk profile.
- Interacting with the marketing department for initial screening of financials
- and other legal documents.
- Evaluating credit proposal above a certain limit and preparing recommendation memos.
- Conducting post audit of delinquent accounts and recommending measures for improvement.
- Liaising with external entities like CBE, EFSA and I Score on reporting matters

Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Commerce (English Section) or other suitable degrees.
- Experience in a financial institution or banks is must
