Job Description
- Have a good knowledge of computer programming
- Making sure that all concerned parties understand the need of SAP and also be able to use it to boost the overall performance of SCgC.
- Delivering of qualified SAP FI-CO and HR implementation and support skills
- Provide SAP subject matter expertise and project implementation support for the FI, CO and HR functions.
- Provide expertise and insights in best-breed business case in the area of Finance, Controlling and HR, to assist the client in having the proper configuration for the FI, CO and HR modules.
- Model business processes in a functional area using prior implementation experience.
- Updating of system documentations and accurate customer communication
- Analyze business requirements and map to SAP functionality
- Facilitation of sessions to determine requirements
- Project and solutions scoping, definition and quotations
- Business and technically orientated
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP FI, CO and HR modules,
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work long hours and with work pressures to meet deadlines
- Solid SAP ERP functional implementation experience will be an advantage.
- Preferable SAP, FI , CO and HR Certified Consultant and also some experience in the different modules
- An appropriate degree/diploma.
- At least 3 years SAP HR full life-cycle implementations.
- A management degree in HR would give an extra edge.
