Job Description
- Post job ads on professional job sites and social media
- Sourcing Candidates
- Filter CVs and google forms
- Conduct initial phone screening
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come on for interviews
Job Requirements
- Good command of English
- Fresh grads are preferred
- HR certificate is a plus
- 3 Months experience at least in recruitment.
- Maximum age 25
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience as a recruiter is a plus
