IT Technical Support”
- Provide technical support for all incoming issues related to computer systems’ software& hardware.
- Resolving the problems of all connected devices to the PC like printers, scanners, etc.…
- Resolve technical problems with (LAN) and (WAN) and other systems
- Working with windows server such as Printer Server, Scan Server etc
- Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations
Job Requirements
- 2- 4 Years of Experience
- Working on Active Directory accounts, the configuration of laptops and desktops
- Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and operating systems.
