Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Public relations (PR) manager is concerned with helping a school maintain a positive public image.
  • This may be done using different forms of media to convey a positive message to target parents.

About the job:

  • Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences, etc.
  • Support the implementation of promotional plans
  • Handel all aspects of the school district's publications such as external and internal newsletters, brochures, bulletins, and letters.
  • Work with media outlets such as (Social media, Website, etc), and handling any inquiries for parents on spot.
  • Develop media relation strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media to publish timely school information, such as press releases, brochures, and other materials.
  • Upload and deliver education courses and materials into the (school website & Social media).
  • Follow up with the parents if his problem does not resolve after 24 hours from it was written in the channel book.
  • So the PR manager should intervention to solve it within another 24 hours at maximum.
  • The coordinate conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
  • Organize directly with the teaching department the internal and external event, and keep the board directors updated.
  • Preparing the induction and onboard program for the new people.
  • Handling all the admission process age requirements and grade placement. Please note that no exceptions can be made

Job Requirements

    • Minimum Experience: From 3 to 5 years in schools
    • Presentable
    • Preferred to live near el sherouk
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Fluent written & spoken English
    • Previous Press Relations experience in a similar environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills to enable communication with a wide audience
    • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Ability to work under pressure at all times
    • Females only.
    • PR managers should have strong problem-solving skills, writing and communication skills, organizational skills and knowledge of social media.
