Job Description

Position Summary:

  • To effectively lead, control and manage the Agent to achieve the Business objectives. This position is the main contact point between Nestlé and the Agent and country authorities.
  • The BDM represents Nestlé in the country

A day in the life of...

  • Accountable for the achievement of the country sales volumes, OG and RIG targets
  • Accountable to monitor performance against plan / Dynamic Forecast and propose actions as required to meet or surpass plan
  • Accountable and responsible to manage the relationship with agents/partners and country authority
  • Ensure that the agent business plan is aligned with Nestlé Objectives in the country
  • Accountable for the Development and alignment with agent of country RTM strategies to maximize coverage, visibility across key channels
  • Accountable and responsible for the development of annual commercial plan
  • Responsible for monitoring and providing information on competition, key customers and other developments in the country
  • Accountable to ensure that control processes for TCS are implemented accurately and timely
  • Accountable for the sales forecast and the achievement of DPA target
  • Accountable to ensure that all major promotions (+ $5000) are pre & post evaluated using SPPE and approved at his/her level
  • Accountable to manage and control the total cost of doing business in the country within the parameters of an agreed budget
  • Accountable to develop and to present all necessary Sales input (TTS, headcount, Capex, Sales plans, etc..) for the ICP and Dynamic Forecast processes
  • Accountable for recruitment and Managing career, succession plans and training needs of all Nestle Sales personnel in the country.

Job Requirements

What will make you successful:

  • University Degree
  • 10-12 years of commercial experience with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, marketing is a plus
