Demand & Supply Planning Dairy & Nutrition

Position Summary:

• Lead the supply planning team to ensure supply availability to meet customer service objective while optimizing the working capital, logistics cost and resources of the company for domestic and inter-market in the assigned product categories.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure the effectiveness of weekly/monthly Production Review Meeting (WPR/MPR) with Manufacturing to review the future production plan and concerned issues.
• Ensure product availability through Master Production Schedule (MPS) and import arrival plan for raw materials to plan finished goods for domestic sales and dispatch plans. As well as planning for export markets while keeping stock at optimum/agreed level at the location level.
  
• Manage exceptional situations, such as exceptional stock allocation, production priorities, production changes, promotion changes, ageing stock, etc.
  
• Update Marketing & Sales, receiving market and Customer Service on supply situation and suggest availability of supply and identify bottlenecks for Marketing & Sales awareness.
