Job Description
- Works independently in managing a wide scope of cases including more complex medical problems.
- Compiles patient history, performs necessary examinations, orders appropriate diagnostic tests, formulates diagnosis, and prescribes appropriate treatment.
- Handles inbound calls from patients directly or calls transferred from case management nurse/patient advocate.
- Perform periodic outbound calls to ensure that patients are directed to and receive care inappropriate venue in a timely manner.
- Remotely monitor enrolled patients through telemonitoring software.
- Enrolls patients in the Chronic Care program and perform complete assessments for identified patients who may benefit from this program.
- Manages common health problems, emergencies, chronic diseases, and acute diseases.
- Provides health promotion and preventive services including child health services, ante natal care, screening, and pre-marital counseling …etc.
- Educates clients, patients and their families on their health and how to maintain and promote it.
- Coordinates patient care with secondary level through appropriate referral to hospitals and maintains responsibility
- Maintains a high standard of documentation in electronic medical records.
- Adopts teamwork approach in his/her practice.
- Keeps up-to-date with evidence-based medical knowledge in the field of General Practice.
- Participates in professional development programs.
- Participates in quality improvement projects and audits.
- Do any job-related task given by the CEO & Egypt Country Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- Sc from accredited reputable university.
- Satisfactory completion of a one-year internship
- Must have a valid license
- Family Medicine Master degree is a plus.
