Job Description
- Interface with clients for requirement gathering and conducting design demos
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis
- Design/build product information architecture, content inventories, user flows, user stories, user journeys, and personas
- Design interactive wireframes for responsive web and mobile apps, following latest design trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation structure
- Align wireframes with visual design, development and quality control teams
- Conduct design audits for the application/product after development and pre-launch to ensure the developed products are conforming to the design
- Assist in training and supporting a team of junior interaction designers
- Conduct design reviews with Junior and Mid-level interaction designers
- Receiving and discussing client feedback
- Conduct and report back on interaction design reviews for all clients
- Ability to prepare and conduct workshops or design sprints with different stakeholders
- Help in the creation and adoption of interaction design tools and methods that are used across webkeyz
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree preferably in computer science/ engineering, or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in user experience design
- Advanced experience with design and prototyping tools like Axure, Adobe XD, Balsamiq
- Ability to design and deliver exceptional experiences across a range of digital products
- Experience in conducting the following types of user research is a must: Usability tests, contextual user interviews, and focus groups
- Eager to always learn about the latest design patterns and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of UCD processes is a must
- Experience designing in an agile environment is preferable
