About the Job
  • Control and monitor total projects expenditure.
  • Verification of claims from suppliers, agencies and contractors.
  • Scheduling and monitoring costs and compare them to the standard.
  • Coordinate and work with finance and procurement teams for delays and deliveries and resolve discrepancies if any.
  • To ensure expenditures are kept within planned monthly budget and at any given point of time.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
  • Maximum 3 years' experience working in cost control.
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid networking and interpersonal skills
  • Able to generate budgets and reports
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
