Job Description
- Issue & maintain After Sales procedure.
- Contracting with After Sales service centres’ for all Egypt cities to introduce this service to our products
- Supply A.S.C.C with all required materials according to agreement also follow up logistics procedure to achieve this
- Monitoring and auditing all A.S.C.C to check the quality of service
- Follow up the contract and control the stock of spare parts for OEM&ODM
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a relevant industry, Smart screens or home appliances.
- Full understanding of Screens contents and how to maintain it
- BSc Engineering preferred Mechatronics
- English is a MUST
