Job Description
The consultant will perform the following tasks
- Enter data from source documents into computer databases, files and forms within specified time limits
- Prepare, compile and rearrange information or documents to prepare the source data needed for computer/system entry
- Update and maintain information on MESR’s databases and computer systems
- Review data for errors, provide records of data revision results and resolve discrepancies after reverting to the responsible person for approval.
- Scan documents and print files when needed
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies by keeping all information confidential.
- Check source documents for accuracy and obtain further information for incomplete data
- Create data back ups on a regular basis
- Conduct regular meetings with MESR team when requested
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in data entry
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant computer applications
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation in both English and Arabic
- Computer training and certification or training will be considered an asset
- Key competencies needed: Confidentiality, ability to work under pressure, organization skills, and attention to detail.
