Job Description
- Maintaining/ recording the stock transactions of the factories, the transfers between the sections (RM & Semi Finished & Scrap) & warehouses (Central & sub-warehouses).
- Tracking/monitoring the stock officers books & investigate for lost serials & discrepancy.
- Performing & managing stock take in the factories (monthly – Quarterly + Random Spot checks)
- Supporting the A/R Section for the customer's goods receipt control.
- Reconcile the variances between stock balances as per books (system) & actual counted balances.
- Manage the stock files & records.
- Entering the foreign purchases costs for import shipments in the system .
- Support & share in monthly closing.
- Reporting to the Costing & Budgeting Section head & Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- 1:3 years in the same position / similar industry & highly recommended for Stationery manufacturing.
- Preferred to have AP & Costing background
