Job Description
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff induction§
- Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions
- Implementing and annually updates compensation program; rewriting job descriptions as necessary; conducting annual salary surveys and developing merit pool (salary budget); analyzing compensation; monitoring the performance evaluation program and revising as necessary.
- Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits.
- Carry out all the functions required by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- (3-5) years of experience at least in the same position
- Must have experience in realestate (2 years at least )
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
- Commitment to staying current on an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
