Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for creating the Training design and developing all instructional materials, including presentation materials, participant guides, handouts, and job ADs or other materials.
- Design and develop content, experiences, and other solutions to support the acquisition of new knowledge or skills.
- Responsible for evaluating training, including assessing what was learned and whether the learning solution led to measurable behavior change.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Experience in Training Department from 2 to 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
- Have no problem in traveling outside Egypt as per project
